At Godolphin we use the motto ‘Godolphin Grows Success’ in everything that we do, every day, for everybody. Part of this success is knowing that the work we are doing is making a difference and is having a clear impact on our pupils. The leaders of our school made a clear decision regarding workload: anything that we have in place which isn’t making a difference can be dropped; anything we have in place that is making a positive difference needs to be manageable.
We are driven in raising standards but we do this in a practical and effective way. At Godolphin we care for each other's well-being, we value each other's work and we support each other at all times. We know that if our staff feel properly supported then that allows them to be the best that they can be. As a result, they provide the best possible learning experiences for our children.

Staff Well-being Vision Statement
The Godolphin Junior Academy signed up to the education staff well-being charter in November 2021. The charter is a declaration of support for, and set of commitments to, the wellbeing and mental health of everyone working in education. We signed up to show that we have a shared commitment to protect, promote and enhance the wellbeing of our staff.
Mindful March 2022
Our staff participated in Mindful March 2022. The calendar provided us with daily activities that supported our wellbeing. We paused, breathed and really took in what's all around us.
