Provision Map

 

At Godolphin we currently use a web-based tool called provision map. This programme allows us to:

 

• Record interventions across the school 
• Make individual learning plans
• Set appropriate targets for children
• Track data and progress
• Evaluate performance of pupils and interventions
• Store important documents
• Highlight next steps for children
• Access archived information concerning children

We are able to track a history of interventions and what support a child has received. We can then monitor their progress to ensure every child receives the correct provision. 

We plan, select and assign relevant targets for all subjects. We tailor these targets to meet social and communication needs, cognition and learning needs, sensory and physical needs and social and emotional needs.
